Quran says:
“Verily, It (Salat) prevents immorality and evil deeds.”

What is an idol ?

What came up to your mind? A non living rock or A statue made of clay. And now, is that all?
No of-course not, An idol is not only a piece of clay. An idol is much more than that. An idol is a
wish that comes up between us an Allah. A wish that interspace us from Allah. A desire we
worship more than Allah.

Desires and Blindfolds :

We should not take our desires head on. A desire shall never be more dearer than Allah.
But…What are you doing? Have you become a blindfold person for your desire? I think….yes
unfortunately yes! You have. How?
The muezzin is offering the prayers call. But instead of getting ready for Salat, I found you doing
worldly things. You miss your prayers for your worldly desires.
You are afraid of the worldly people; you are afraid to miss any tasks and make them due. But you
miss the prayers without any fear?
This is how you became a blindfold person.

Allah plans and Humans:

Our destiny, our fate even our breaths have been recorded.
We humans plan upon so many things but happens what Allah will’s.
Allah says:
“O Son of Adam! I desire something and you desire something but only what I desire occurs. If
you submit yourself to my desire i.e. obey Him, I will be sufficient for you in your desire. If you do
not submit yourself to me (by disobeying Him), I will tire you in what you desire and (at the end of
the day) only what I wish happens and occurs.”
What does it means? It means that It is beyond the command that we can do whatever we
want….Then why don’t we break our idols and bow before the one true God?

Love and Fear:

How pretty is that love where we are afraid of upsetting our dear one. Loving Allah and the fear of
getting distant from Allah keeps us even closer to Allah Almighty.
We shouldn’t be afraid of people thoughts. The only fear we shall have is THE FEAR OF GOD.
Sometimes we do sins and we are afraid that Allah won’t forgive us. But what Allah says in
Quran?

Allah loves those who repent, Allah never denies our call.

Allah knows what is in every heart.

So return to Allah before it’s too late and do not become a blindfold person on this temporary
world.
