باغبان پورہ کی داستان ایک کتھا ہے انتقام کی کہ جہاں خئی کا معاملہ پیش ہے۔ جائداد، مال وراثت ان سب پہ ہونے والے جھگڑے سالوں سے چلے آ رہے ہیں اور نہ جانے ہمارا معاشرہ کب تک اسی دلدل میں پھنسا رہے گا۔
مصنفہ نے کرداروں کی جیسی تشکیل کی وہ قابل داد ہے کہ گل بہار کا کرب اور پھر انتقام کی بھڑکتی آگ کے شعلے کردار کی حرکات و اقوال سے واضح ہیں۔ اور پلاٹ جیسے ترتیب دیا گیا لگا کہ قاری وہیں کہیں لاہور کی بھول بھلیوں میں گم ہو کر رہ گیا ہے۔
کہانی کا موضوع عام ہے لیکن لکھنے کا ہنر نہیں۔ اگر مصنفہ مزید کہانیاں لکھنے میں انوکھے اور اچھوتے موضوعات کو متعارف کروائیں تو بہت جلد یہ ادب کے میدان میں اپنا نام پیدا کرنے میں سرخرو ہوں گی.
